Our three-day stay was nothing short of spectacular. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning suite with breathtaking views of the Changfong Park. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. Each morning, we enjoyed a lavish breakfast at Level 1 restaurant, where the atmosphere was just as impressive as the food.

It's very convenient the location of the hotel with a shopping mall across the street, with restaurants, shops and a super market on the basement. I received a great support from their concierge Blithe. He is super efficient and help me solve how to send a parcel to another city as well as solve to receive other parcels in the Hotel! Definitely it's a great place to stay. Also the service at the lobby bar from all the girls specially Julia is super attentive and friendly.

The hotel is stylish and new, very friendly and fast response from the staff, and good location. The cleaning lady was very responsible, but make sure you leave enough time for them to clean up. It was interesting that they will call you to make sure an everyday-reorganization.

It was pleasant that our room was upgraded. The view of the lake and the far away Shanghai skyline was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious and the staff were friendly. If we ever visit Shanghai again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. ❤️

Great choice of selection for the breakfast. Staff hospitality was amazing. Gave us a free upgrade for room and gave us free breakfast even though we didn't ask for it. Quite amazed at how friendly they are. Definitely one of the best experience I've ever felt at a hotel. Thumbs up to their staff!

One of the best hotel experiences of my life. All the staff were super friendly (especial thanks to Della at the reception desk). The rooms are very clean and new and the design is quite nice. In fact the hotel was so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay in Shanghai.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable, well-equipped rooms. Staff friendly and helpful in arranging taxis etc. Within in walking distance of metro, so great location for getting around the local area. Breakfast buffet was excellent with great Choi of foods. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

It’s newly furnished, very clean, and grand. It’s my go-to hotel in Shanghai for business trips, located right between my office and the city center. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, always solution-oriented. Special thanks to Peter and Gavin!
